RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Phase I | Online Application

> Step 1: Complete the Aletheia Network Online Application

> Step 2: Resume, References, and Release Forms

A. Please submit a ministerial resume that includes specific details of ministerial experience and doctrinal statement. Email resume to info@aletheianetwork.com.

B. Please submit three character, three professional, and three ministry reference names and emails.

C. Background Check And Credit Release Form. Download and complete the criminal background and credit check release forms and mail to: Aletheia Tampa, PO Box 48497 Tampa, FL 33646

> Step 3: Submit Your Video Testimony

The video should include your salvation experience, call to ministry, ministry experience and why you are interested in collegiate church planting. Each section should be no longer than three minutes with a max time twelve minutes. Submit video by email: info@aletheianetwork.com

Phase II | Assessment

You will be contacted shortly to set up an assessment time with our Aletheia Network church planting assessment team.

Phase III | Church Planting Internship

You will take part in a 3-6 month church planting internship on site at an Aletheia Church. On sight, you will engage in a ministerial practicum, strategic planning, and core team development.
